# Tidying up

> Rename, archive and delete clients, projects and people.

Archived clients and their projects are hidden from lists (`clients --all` and `projects --all` show them). Their open commitments stay in `today` and `ls` until you close them.

> Deleting shows what goes with the item and asks you to type its name to confirm. Deleted items disappear from Keel; your daily backups from before still have them. In scripts, `--yes` skips the question, and `--json` without `--yes` never deletes.
